Since inception in 2019, we have established ourselves as market leaders within our field. We work across Corporate Services, Data Centers and the Water/Wastewater market – all across the United States. We are headquartered in Central London (City of London) and manage assignments for USA construction companies ranging in size from $50M contractors to some of the world’s largest construction and engineering firms with global revenues of $10B+. We have a track record of high performance and boast an extensive network and client base. We have doubled revenue each year since inception and project continued year-on-year growth.

Meeting clients and candidates in virtual environments – not being afraid to get on the phone! If you are successful in generating new business and target revenue, travel to the US is a strong possibility.

Ability to build new relationships and maintain them long-term; as we expand in London, we are also set to open an office in Texas, USA later in 2026.

We invest heavily in our team’s development – you will be coached and nurtured by our in-house Learning & Development leader. We offer significant opportunity for career development and progression. In the short-term, this means the opportunity to build a team or relocate to the US, and in the long-term there are opportunities to become a shareholder in the business. You will have the opportunity to scale your career, establish your desk and own your market.

Regular incentives including quarterly days out (private dining, the races etc) and two annual holiday incentives (St Anton to ski, Mykonos etc). Flexible work schedules, private health insurance & cycle to work scheme post probation, and 25 days annual leave (with the potential to earn an additional 4 days) with a long Christmas break.
