What will your role entail?
- Researching potential candidates, finding innovative ways of sourcing information – you will be conducting methodical and meticulous searches.
- Interviewing candidates to understand their experience, skills and career aspirations and selling roles or opportunities.
- Researching companies and industry trends to decipher potential clients to pitch our services.
- Engage with C-Suite both with candidates and clients.
