We are looking for a Sales Development Executive to join our growing commercial team within the foodservice industry. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, positive, and ready to take ownership of driving sales across our online customer accounts. You will play a key part in identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and maximising growth in one of the most dynamic sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of foodservice accounts via phone and email in partnership with Account Manager
- Engage with new and existing customers through calls, emails, and digital outreach
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales and upsell/cross-sell relevant products
- Understand customer needs, and convert enquiries into orders
- Maintain accurate records and update customer interactions through CRM systems
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to drive consistent customer service
- Support digital promotional campaigns and encourage customer adoption of online ordering
- Hit targets that support business growth
