We have an excellent opportunity to join the company’s Quality Assurance team at our main unit in Sittingbourne, Kent. Our Quality Assurance team helps verify and maintain the quality of the workload that we as a company produce and send out to our customers.
Your role will predominantly involve being the main point of contact between the apprentices who work for us and the college that they attend. You will be monitoring their progression and keeping updates about their development as they undergo their four-year apprenticeships. This will mean constant contact with them about how they are managing their workload at college and with the college itself to make sure that they are on track and not falling behind with their college work.
You will also be dealing with the day-to-day quality work for the company alongside the Quality Assurance Team. This will include dealing with items that require calibration and need sending out, dealing with internal quality concerns alongside the team, assisting in internal audits, helping to arrange training dates for the other members of MKE’s team and maintaining records, amongst other duties.
This role will be based in our main office in Sittingbourne but may require travel to other MKE sites as needed.
