Overall Duties Of The Fostering Recruitment Officer
- Work collaboratively with the team to progress enquiry management
- Support community recruitment activity to create a consistent pipeline of carer applicants
- Facilitate a smooth application and assessment process for potential carers
- Undertake essential administrative tasks relating to record keeping, creation of data for analysis and evidence for measuring objectives
- Creatively contribute to innovation and improvement of strategies and local activities
- Maintain an understanding of regulations and requirements for provision of foster care services
