Overall Duties Of The Administration Officer Will Include Using Excel, Word, and an in-house database to record and monitor information Administrate, arrange, and record foster care training Monitor and respond to emails using Outlook Request and chase Local Authority paperwork. Take panel/team minutes as requested by the line manager Manage daily post using the virtual systems in place Respond to telephone calls and allocate these to staff as appropriate. Carry out any other task that the Admin Manager, Area Manager, or any other Social Workerrequires.
