The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
HGV II Drivers, Pallet delivery drivers covering the CB, PE postcode area, based on the outskirts of Ely. Working for a growing and progressive transport company, making palletised deliveries to both residential but mostly business addresses.
Mornings are typically deliveries until around 2pm, at which point you will start receiving details to make collections from various customers to bring back to base. All vehicles are tail lift, you will be using the tail lift and pulling curtains to allow fork lift truck access depending on the site. Electric pump trucks are used when operating the tail lift deliveries.
Training will be given on using the hand held EPA system. This system helps tell you where you're going, who to report to, and to ensure deliveries are signed off; it updates live as you go for the day.
PAYE RATES:
- Monday to Friday: £17.08 Per Hour
- Saturdays: £22.16 Per Hour (rarely offered)
Start times are 0730 til finish Monday to Friday. Great opportunity to go permanent.
