About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Analysis: Assist in gathering and analysing data using spreadsheets and other tools, presenting results in clear and concise formats.
- Internal Audits: Support internal audit activities to ensure compliance with MKCTS operations.
- Processing Financial Transactions: Handle purchase data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation of purchasing card statements within deadlines.
- Customer Support: Assist with supplier queries and support MKCTS staff with finance-related inquiries.
- Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support, including managing electronic and hard copy filing systems, issuing rail warrants, and processing eye test vouchers.
- Third-Party Contracts: Support administrative tasks related to third-party income generation and external contracts.
All tasks must comply with relevant legal and audit requirements.

Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including passes in English and maths.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of numeracy and accuracy.
- Honest, reliable, and able to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
Desirable:
- Experience with data analysis and using financial reports for decision-making.
- Familiarity with office administrative tasks or experience in a public sector organisation.
- Experience working with databases and performing financial analysis.
