Lead Global Growth for a World-Leading Recycling Equipment Manufacturer. M&K designs and builds some of the most advanced waste recycling equipment in the world — right here in Northern Ireland, and sold across the UK, Ireland, Europe, Australasia & North America. Now we're looking for a commercially driven sales leader to take that growth international.
This isn't just another BDM role. You'll:
- Develop new international markets across Europe, North America, the Middle East and beyond
- Build our distributor and dealer network from the ground up
- Win major capital equipment and turnkey recycling projects
- Manage and mentor our UK Business Development team
- Represent M&K at leading trade shows and industry events worldwide
What you'll bring:
- A proven track record in business development, sales management or commercial leadership
- Experience managing and growing a sales team
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A full UK driving licence and genuine appetite for international travel
- Industry experience in waste, recycling, engineering or capital equipment is a big plus — but attitude and commercial instinct matter more than a specific CV.
