Our client is a highly respected and rapidly growing main contractor specialising in complex mission critical and data centre projects across the UK and internationally. Following the recent award of several major schemes, they have secured a strong pipeline of high-profile data centre developments and are now looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager to join their delivery team on a flagship 250m data centre project in Canary Wharf.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Technical Services, the Technical Services Manager will take responsibility for overseeing either the Mechanical or Electrical package depending on your technical bias and background. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of this major mission critical project, managing the technical coordination, commissioning strategy, subcontractor performance, and quality assurance of all MEP systems throughout the construction lifecycle.
