MK Search are currently working with a Leading Turnkey Provider who are seeing a period of huge natural growth across the UK with a strong presence across all sectors such as Civils, Data Centres, Critical Services, Fabric & Fit out.

Our client currently turnover £45 million per annum and are forecasted to do £70 million this year, and are currently looking to engage Project Managers from a Civils Background.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading contractor who puts progression at the forefront of their business as well as working on some very notable schemes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for overseeing Underground Services, Foundations, Footings & curbing.
  2. Responsible for liaising with end clients and stakeholders.
  3. Lead procurement processes & support teams preparing for construction contracts.
  4. Responsible for direct labour and managing sub-contractors.
  5. Responsible for project planning.
