MK Search are partnered with a leading international main contractor who have secured the enabling works and early civil engineering package on one of the UK's most significant data centre developments.
This is an opportunity to join the project from the very beginning, leading the mobilisation and delivery of the enabling works package before the site transitions into the main construction phase.
Reporting to the CSA Regional Director, you will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the enabling works package, leading site teams, engineers and specialist subcontractors while working closely with the client and wider project team.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading the enabling works and early civils package from mobilisation through to completion.
- Managing programme, budget, quality and health & safety performance.
- Overseeing earthworks, drainage, roads, utilities and associated infrastructure works.
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple workstreams across a live programme.
- Building strong relationships with the client, consultants and supply chain.
- Driving project performance and ensuring successful handover into the main construction phase.
We're interested in speaking with experienced Senior Project Managers or Project Leads who have delivered complex civil engineering or infrastructure projects for leading contractors.
Experience within sectors such as data centres, major infrastructure, energy, highways, rail, industrial or large-scale commercial developments would be highly advantageous.
