MK- Search and Selection are working with a well respected main contractor with a turnover of circa £1bn and a strong presence across sectors who are looking for an MEP Project Lead to a notable multi-stage data centre they have secured in Derry, Northern Ireland. As an MEP Project Lead, you will report to a European MEP director, working alongside a CSA lead with responsibility for the overall coordination and management of MEP systems. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality MEP installations. Your role will include planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site management to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the design and implementation of MEP.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems with overall project designs.
- Lead and supervise MEP teams, ensuring all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
