- Support MEP Design Management
- Support Design Deep Dive reviews
- Support tender applications and PCSA periods
- Act as a focal point to disseminate lessons learned from other projects and encourage standardisation of approaches
- Ensure company standards are met at the design stages
- Add value to the design process by challenging solutions, methods and techniques where appropriate to improve build ability and reduce whole life costs
- Promote effective Design Management processes and use of CDE platforms through design stages and project delivery
We are looking for:
- Expert understanding and experience of Design Management
- Expert understanding and experience in BS 7671 18th Edition
- Good understanding of Building Safety Act
- Good understanding of Building Regulations
- Working knowledge of CDE, BIM
