We are currently representing a leading M&E contractor delivering one of London's flagship hyperscale data centre developments in North West London.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint experienced QA/QC Engineers to join the project delivery team.
The current scheme is scheduled to run until January 2027, with a brand-new project already secured, offering excellent long‑term continuity for the successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain project QA/QC procedures and inspection processes.
- Review and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), check sheets and quality documentation.
- Carry out inspections to ensure installations comply with project specifications, drawings and industry standards.
- Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Manage the inspection, testing and handover process across MEP systems.
- Raise, monitor and close out NCRs, defects and quality observations.
- Ensure all quality documentation is compiled and completed ahead of commissioning and handover.
- Support testing, commissioning and project close‑out activities.
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the project.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a QA/QC Engineer or QA/QC Manager on major M&E or data centre projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services installations.
- Experience managing quality documentation, inspections and project handovers.
- Familiarity with ITPs, FATs, SATs, commissioning and QA/QC procedures.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work within a fast‑paced, technically complex project environment.
