Reporting to an operations director, the role will involve overseeing multiple projects across the commercial, education, and high-end residential sectors. The business in question are very forward thinking and offer flexible and hybrid working to best support people in fulfilling a multi-site region wide role.
The role will involve:
- Managing multiple live mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Overseeing schemes ranging from £2m–£10m mechanical value
- Leading Project Managers and site delivery teams
- Managing programme, commercial performance, client relationships, and overall operational delivery
- Working closely with commercial and pre-construction functions
The successful individual will have a strong building services background, experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously, and a proven track record working with reputable M&E contractors.
