Electrical Supervisor Opportunity with a leading M&E contractor delivering complex commercial, healthcare and life sciences projects across the UK.
The role supports site delivery on a landmark development with a strong pipeline of secured work, offering long-term opportunities and competitive freelance rates or permanent salary packages.
Responsibilities
- Supervising electrical trades teams and specialist subcontractors on site.
- Coordinating daily activities to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
- Monitoring quality standards and ensuring works comply with project specifications.
- Promoting and maintaining high standards of health and safety across site.
- Carrying out site inspections and supporting QA/QC processes.
- Liaising with the Project Manager, site management team and other trades.
- Managing labour resources and resolving technical and site-related issues.
- Assisting with testing, commissioning and project handover.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor delivering large-scale M&E projects.
- Experience on commercial, healthcare or life sciences developments is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of electrical building services installations.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- SMSTS or SSSTS, ECS/CSCS card and relevant electrical qualifications preferred.
