MK Search are currently working with a well respected £300m turnover M&E contractor with a strong presence delivering across sectors for leading main contractors who require an electrical site manager to join their team on a £35m M&E flagship commercial project they are delivering in Kings Cross. Reporting to a senior electrical project manager, you will join from the very beginning of the scheme and be tasked with managing and motivating the specialist electrical contractors through the 2.5 year programme to PC.

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Management of subcontractor labour
  • Attend site meetings
  • Progress reports
  • Prepare contract documents i.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFI’s, etc.
  • Health and safety
  • Review and amend RAMS
  • Snagging
  • Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project.
