MK-Search have partnered with a leading tier 1 main contractor with a strong international presence across sectors who are looking for an electrical package manager to join their team on a notable fit out and refurbishment scheme in Dublin city Centre. Reporting to an electrical lead, you will join from an early stage of the project and take control of a complex part of the electrical package from a technical and management perspective, through the scheme to PC.
Responsibilities
- Manage the electrical package from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover
- Coordinate electrical subcontractors to ensure programme and quality targets are achieved
- Monitor installation works in line with project specifications and technical standards
- Chair and attend coordination meetings with design teams, consultants and subcontractors
- Review drawings, technical submissions and RFIs to ensure design compliance
- Oversee quality inspections, testing and commissioning activities on site
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management teams
- Ensure all electrical works are delivered in line with health and safety requirements
- Support commercial teams with package procurement, valuations and change management
Requirements
- Degree or trade qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical supervision or package management roles
- Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use construction projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations, commissioning and technical coordination
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full Irish driving licence
