We are working in partnership with a Tier 1 M&E contractor (£400m+ turnover) to appoint an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager for a flagship hospital development in Southwest London. This is a rare opportunity to join at early preconstruction stage, playing a pivotal role through design development, procurement, coordination and full mechanical delivery through to Practical Completion. The scheme is expected to run for 2-3 years, offering long-term stability on one of the region's most prestigious healthcare projects. Our client delivers complex MEP packages across healthcare, commercial, data centre and pharmaceutical sectors both in the UK and internationally. They are recognised for technical excellence, strong project teams and industry-leading staff retention.

- Highest salaries in the sector
- Clear and structured progression from day one
- Long-term flagship projects
- Strong technical and commercial support teams
