We are currently working with a well-established and highly respected electrical contractor with a longstanding reputation for delivering high-end commercial fit-out projects across Central London.
Due to continued growth and the recent award of several prestigious projects within the City, they are looking to strengthen their project delivery team with an experienced Electrical Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to successful completion.

The Role
As Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of electrical packages from inception through to commissioning and handover.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing electrical projects from pre-construction through to final completion.
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Producing and managing project programmes.
- Overseeing procurement of electrical plant, equipment and materials.
- Managing project budgets and commercial performance alongside the commercial team.
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
- Attending client, consultant and subcontractor meetings.
- Managing testing, commissioning and project handovers.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager delivering commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services.
- Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Relevant electrical or building services qualifications preferred.
