MK Search are working in partnership with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to lead the MEP delivery on a prestigious historic restoration project in Central London.
This is a rare opportunity to join a landmark scheme from the early stages, taking ownership of the MEP package through pre-construction, design development, procurement, installation, commissioning and final handover.
The project will see approximately £30m of MEP services delivered over the next two years, making it one of the most notable heritage projects currently underway in London.
The successful candidate will become part of a highly respected business with an outstanding reputation for delivering technically complex projects across the commercial, healthcare, Mo D, Mo J and heritage sectors.

The Role Reporting into the Project Director, you will take full responsibility for managing the MEP delivery throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality, programme, commercial performance and client expectations are achieved.
You will work closely with design consultants, subcontractors, commercial teams and client representatives while leading the coordination of all mechanical and electrical services on site.
Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of a circa £30m MEP package on a prestigious heritage restoration project.
Manage the project from early pre-construction through to practical completion.
Coordinate design development and technical reviews to ensure buildability and programme objectives are achieved.
Manage MEP subcontractors, consultants and specialist supply chain partners.
Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Chair technical and coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive programme performance and proactively manage project risks.
Oversee commissioning strategy, testing, client demonstrations and final handover.
Work closely with commercial teams to manage procurement, cost reporting, variations and change control.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
Mentor and develop junior engineers and project management staff.
