MEP QA/QC Manager Opportunity – Leading M&E Contractor – Exciting London Projects MK Search are working closely with one of Europe\’s biggest and most reputable M&E contractors who have a big presence in the data centre, commercial and pharmaceutical construction sectors. Due to recent growth they are looking to engage with an experienced QA/QC Manager for their London team. They have recently won two new prestigious commercial projects in Central London which are expected to last for 2-3 years and have MEP values exceeding £15-20m each. Responsibilities: * Overseeing and monitoring an extensive quality control system across multiple disciplines. * Creating detailed and comprehensive processes in accordance to company standards. * Conducting both internal and client QA meetings to highlight issues and offer solutions. * Track performance amongst internal team and subcontractors, highlight patterns to present findings to directors. * Review all quality documentations and clarify they are in accordance with all relevant standards. * Assist the construction team with support relating to the quality of install and inspections. * Conduct client inspections upon handover. * Using excel skills to create master trackers which incorporate current project status and issues, and developing KPIs amongst the various teams. * Standardising the quality system across multiple jobs, giving a better understanding of where jobs succeed and fail, using data driven analysis.
