Document Controller Key Responsibilities: We are currently working with a well respected £80m turnover M&E contractor with a strong presence delivering turnkey projects for blue chip clients across sectors who are looking for a document controller with Procore experience to work on an £18m fit out project in Canary Wharf * Oversee and maintain the document control system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible. * Manage the submission, distribution, and tracking of crucial project documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports. * Ensure all documentation complies with industry regulations and company policies. * Support project teams by preparing and submitting key documents to clients and stakeholders. * Keep project managers informed with real-time updates on document statuses and discrepancies. * Organise and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for quick and efficient retrieval. * Provide training and guidance to project staff on best document control practices and software. * Collaborate with different departments to facilitate a smooth documentation process. * Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and completeness of all records. Sign off to pay a very attractive day rate with an opportunity to go perm after a 4 month period with lots of secured projects across Canary Wharf and the city of London to keep you busy for many years to come
