Role Description

The IVA Advisor will provide guidance to individuals seeking Individual Voluntary Arrangements, helping them understand their options and navigate the process in line with regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed financial assessments, explaining debt solutions in clear terms, and ensuring clients fully understand the implications of entering an IVA. The role involves maintaining accurate records, managing client cases from initial inquiry through to resolution, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders where necessary. Qualifications

• Strong customer service and client advisory skills, including the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and empathetic manner.
