This well-established Bridport based firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Fee Earner with at least one year’s experience as a private client fee earner to join its growing and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a broad range of quality private client work while contributing to the continued success of a well-regarded practice. The successful Private Client Fee Earner will manage a varied caseload and play a key role in maintaining high levels of client care across a wide range of matters.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate applications, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trust administration and inheritance tax planning
- Providing clear, expert legal advice while maintaining excellent client relationships and service levels
- Keeping accurate and up to date case records in line with firm procedures and compliance requirements
- Attending client meetings and appointments where required
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to share knowledge and support growth
