What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the Quality Engineering team and play a key role in driving quality standards across the business. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams, you’ll help ensure products, systems, and processes meet the highest standards while continuing to improve the way the business operates.
The role will involve:
- Leading and developing the Quality team
- Driving improvements across Quality Management Systems
- Supporting ISO9001 / AS9100 compliance
- Leading audits, investigations, and corrective actions
- Working closely with customers and suppliers on quality matters
- Championing continuous improvement throughout the business
- Helping create a positive quality-focused culture across teams
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Degree Qualified in an Engineering or Science related discipline
- Currently working in a technical Quality Management position within the manufacturing sector
- Able to develop and mentor a team of Engineers
- Forward-thinking and solutions-focused
- Comfortable leading teams and motivating people
- Passionate about quality and continuous improvement
- Confident working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across departments
- Someone who enjoys a challenge and wants to keep developing professionally
