  • Conduct regular risk assessments in partnership with the Health & Safety team.
  • Take immediate action on unsafe practices, escalating concerns to QHSE or the Supply Chain Director when necessary.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across both owned and third-party sites, ensuring efficiency and consistent commodity quality.
  • Lead long-term capital planning and propose investments that support safety, efficiency, and best practices.
  • Collaborate internal clients to identify and implement operational improvements.
  • Design and optimise distribution networks to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain full oversight of supply chain activities, driving agility across operations.
  • Support third-party partners to meet customer expectations and protect financial interests.
  • Represent the business during inventory audits and lead investigations as needed.
  • Develop, track, and maintain KPIs to drive performance and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and customer focus.
  • Use data and cross-functional collaboration to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and industry standards.
  • Provide effective leadership and professional growth opportunities for your team.
