MSB is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join their growing and progressive manufacturing business where quality, innovation, and teamwork genuinely matter. You’ll work alongside experienced teams across Engineering, Production, and Operations, helping drive quality standards while contributing to exciting projects and continuous improvement across the business.
- Work with teams across the business to identify and solve quality issues
- Investigate problems thoroughly and help put long-term solutions in place
- Drive improvements that help reduce errors, improve processes, and increase efficiency
- Support audits and help ensure industry and customer standards are consistently met
- Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain colleagues
- Review quality trends and use data to spot opportunities for improvement
- Support customer and supplier quality concerns in a professional and proactive way
- Help maintain clear and accurate quality procedures and documentation
- Contribute to a positive culture where quality and continuous improvement are part of everyday thinking
Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing or engineering environment. Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ experience within manufacturing or aerospace environments. Experience in process control and quality engineering activities. Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis experience. Experience conducting quality audits. Good understanding of engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing. Experience working directly with customers on quality-related issues. Knowledge of quality systems and inspection processes. Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
