What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead the Quality Engineering team and play a key role in driving quality standards across the business. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams, you’ll help ensure products, systems, and processes meet the highest standards while continuing to improve the way the business operates.

The role will involve:

  • Leading and developing the Quality team
  • Driving improvements across Quality Management Systems
  • Supporting ISO9001 / AS9100 compliance
  • Leading audits, investigations, and corrective actions
  • Working closely with customers and suppliers on quality matters
  • Championing continuous improvement throughout the business
  • Helping create a positive quality-focused culture across teams

  • Degree Qualified in an Engineering or Science related discipline
  • Currently working in a technical Quality Management position within the manufacturing sector
  • Able to develop and mentor a team of Engineers

  • Confident working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
