A highly respected engineering solutions business is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to support continued growth across the energy sector. This opportunity would suit a commercially driven individual with a strong technical engineering background who is confident developing long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for further business development
- Work closely with internal engineering and project teams to deliver tailored technical solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing commercial support
- Attend customer meetings and site visits as required
- Support business growth across UK and international markets
Requirements
- Technical background in Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls, or related engineering discipline
- Degree qualified preferred; however, candidates with strong technical experience and industry training/apprenticeship backgrounds will also be considered
- Previous experience within the energy or Oil & Gas sector
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to understand and discuss technical solutions confidently
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to travel when required, including occasional international travel
