This is a full-time on-site role for an IVA Drafter, based at our Greater Manchester office. The IVA Drafter will be responsible for preparing and drafting accurate Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) proposals for submission to creditors.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Reviewing client financial information
Liaising with creditors to discuss terms
Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations
The role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both clients and creditors.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Account Reconciliation
Experience in Drafting and Document Preparation within insolvency or financial services
Excellent skills in Communication and Client Management
Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Knowledge of insolvency regulations and IVA processes (preferred)
Previous experience in a debt management or insolvency role (beneficial)
Qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field is desirable
