The MOC administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of IVA Cases through to approval
You’ll be responsible for convening meetings of creditors (MOCs) and ensuring they are conducting in line with regulatory requirements
Key responsibilities
Convene and administer meetings of creditors (MOCs)
Ensure all MOCs and conducted in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements
Prepare and issue MOC Documentation to creditors and other stakeholders
Prepare and issue MOC Documentation to creditors and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of MOCs and voting outcomes
Communicate results to relevant internal teams and update case files
Support the pre appointment team with case progression and compliance
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in administrative role, ideally within insolvency, debt solutions or financial services
Strong understanding of IVA processes and regulatory requirements
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with creditors and stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft office and case management systems
