MK Personnel Solutions is recruiting hardworking, reliable Parcel Sorters to join our client's busy parcel distribution centre in Northampton .
This is a fantastic opportunity for people looking for consistent, full-time night shift work, with excellent pay rates and an increase after 12 weeks.
We are looking for people who are committed, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently for distribution
Loading and unloading parcels from delivery vehicles
Scanning parcels using handheld scanning equipment
Moving parcels to designated sorting and dispatch areas
Handling parcels of various sizes and weights
Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
Following all warehouse health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Excellent attendance and reliability are essential
Ability to commit to working Monday to Friday, 5 nights every week
Comfortable undertaking physical work, including lifting, bending and standing for long periods
