Pay Rates AM Shift: £12.71 per hour PM Shift: £13.21 per hour Weekly pay Shift Patterns AM Shifts 05:00 – 14:00 06:00 – 15:00 07:00 – 16:00 08:00 – 17:00 PM Shifts 15:00 – 00:00 16:00 – 01:00 17:00 – 02:00 Flexibility is essential. Candidates must be able to work across all shift patterns within their chosen shift (AM or PM) and cannot select individual start and finish times. The Role – Food Production Operative Working within a busy food manufacturing environment, your duties may include: Assisting in the preparation and packaging of plant-based food products Working on a fast-paced production line Operating machinery safely and efficiently Packing, labelling and quality checking products Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets Supporting the Mixing Department , where ingredients are prepared and blended in line with production requirements
