MK Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for an energetic and dynamic company in Hinckley who are looking to add to their team of Warehouse Operative/Delivery Drivers. Are you a people person with a great attitude, bags of energy and a strong work ethic? Our client is looking for bubbly, reliable and hardworking people to join a busy, high-tech distribution centre. This is not your typical warehouse job. You will get the best of both worlds, working as a Warehouse Operative and Delivery Driver (Work as a delivery driver once taken on as a full-time employee), so no two days are necessarily the same. DBS check required.
What will you be doing?
- When you're in the warehouse, you'll be:
- Picking and packing equipment ready for delivery
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving and organising stock
- Making sure everything is in the right place and ready to go
- Working as part of a friendly and busy team
- When you're out on the road, you'll (Once become a full-time employee) - You will work as a Drivers Mate beforehand:
- Drive a company-provided 3.5-tonne Luton van
- Deliver equipment to installation sites and customers across the UK
- Make sure deliveries arrive safely and on time
- Be a friendly and professional face of the business
- Work closely with installation teams and customers
Who our client are looking for?

What do you need?
- A full UK driving licence
- No more than 3 penalty points
- Experience driving a 3.5-tonne Luton van
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience
- Forklift experience/licence would be an advantage, but it's not essential
- Flexibility to work shifts between 6:00am and 10:00pm, any day of the week
- Rotas are generally provided around 3 weeks in advance
