MK Personnel Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Returns Administrator / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client on a long-term basis. This is a varied role combining returns administration, computer-based work and warehouse/forklift duties, so we are looking for someone who is confident working both in an office/administration environment and on the warehouse floor.
Duties will include:
- Processing and managing returned goods
- Completing returns administration accurately
- Updating records and information on internal computer systems
- Using Excel to input and maintain data
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies with returned stock
- Checking returned goods and ensuring they are processed correctly
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely
- Moving and locating stock within the warehouse
- General warehouse duties when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within returns is essential
- Strong administration experience
- Confident using Microsoft Excel
- Good general computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
- Minimum 2 years' Counterbalance Forklift experience
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload
- Reliable with a good work ethic
