Murzilli Consulting, a digital aviation consultancy business unit operating within the M&K Global AG group, was established in Switzerland in 2020. Our goal is to assist clients in achieving success with their regulation and compliance strategies and implementations. We act as a digital outsourced regulatory department, helping clients establish effective internal regulatory functions. Our focus is on emerging technologies in crewed and uncrewed aviation, advanced air mobility, and U-space.
We offer governments and private enterprises the opportunity to establish high-performing internal regulatory functions, along with services such as regulatory strategies, UAS and USSP certification, design verification, SORA approvals, and CE marking. Your Responsibilities
- Support our global consulting team in complex airspace policy and regulatory projects
- Engage in the complex technical and regulatory aspects of nation-wide airspace modernisation programs providing expert advice on a wide variety of subjects including (but not limited to): Electronic Conspicuity, Detect and Avoid, UTM, ATM Systems, SWIM
- Support complex airspace change efforts to accommodate and later integrate new entrants (drones, EVTOL and HAPS)
- Work as client side advisor to regulatory authorities on a wide variety of airspace topics maintaining a high level of integrity and independence
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aviation, IT, or related technical field
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of UAS and UTM/ATM and associated standards
- Business travels (including overnight trips) are required based on projects and training needs
- English language at professional level, additional language skills in Spanish and/or German would be a plus
Preferred Skills
- Familiar with EU regulations regarding UAS or/and UTM systems
- Excellent time management skills, self-discipline, and communication abilities
