Marketing Executive / Marketing & Media Executive Join a Growing Regional Contractor Making a Real Difference Our client is a well-established and growing construction business with a turnover of £30 million, delivering high-quality projects across the education, healthcare, commercial and community sectors throughout the North West. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a creative, ambitious and hands-on Marketing Executive to take ownership of both digital and traditional marketing activities across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management, project teams, business development and social value professionals, helping to showcase the company, its projects, people and achievements through engaging content and innovative marketing campaigns. The Role This is a varied position that combines marketing, media, content creation, branding and communications. You will be responsible for promoting the business both online and offline, creating compelling content from live construction projects and helping drive brand awareness across multiple channels. Key responsibilities include: Managing and developing the company website SEO strategy and performance management Monitoring website analytics and reporting on performance Working with external website and marketing partners Creating photography and video content from live construction projects Capturing drone footage and project progress updates Producing case studies and project success stories Managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms Creating engaging content for digital marketing campaigns Supporting sponsorship initiatives, community engagement and events Attending networking events, project launches and cheque presentations Producing marketing collateral, presentations and board reports Creating organograms, project materials and bid support content Working closely with the Social Value Manager and Business Development Manager Protecting and enhancing company brand identity Identifying new marketing technologies and digital opportunities About You We are looking for an individual who combines creativity with strong commercial awareness and enjoys being out on site as much as they enjoy creating content. You will ideally have: Previous experience within a Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive or Media Executive position Experience within construction, property, engineering or the built environment would be highly advantageous Strong copywriting and content creation skills Experience managing multiple social media channels Knowledge of website development and SEO Experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive and self-motivated approach Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Software Experience Experience using some or all of the following would be beneficial: Adobe Creative Suite Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Canva Umbaco (Umbraco CMS) CapCut Microsoft Office Suite Why Apply?
