Quantity Surveyor – New Build Affordable Housing Sites around the North West region. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join my key client, delivering high-quality new build affordable housing and apartment developments across the region. About the Role Working as part of a collaborative commercial team, you will play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of projects from pre-construction through to completion. Projects will include new build affordable houses, low- to mid-rise apartment blocks, and mixed-tenure residential developments.
