Quantity Surveyor.

Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join our team delivering social housing refurbishment, planned maintenance, retrofit and decarbonisation projects.

They are open to candidates ranging from Graduate Quantity Surveyor level through to Project Quantity Surveyor level, provided they have experience within the social housing refurbishment sector.

Key Responsibilities Managing the commercial aspects of refurbishment and maintenance contracts.

Preparing and submitting valuations, variations and final accounts.

Cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting.

Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers.

Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor accounts.

Supporting project delivery teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.

Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.

Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.

Ensuring contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

About You We are keen to hear from candidates who possess: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.

A minimum of 2 years post-graduate Quantity Surveying experience.
