We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team, based from our Harrow office with flexible/hybrid working options. You will work closely with business unit leaders and project teams, playing a key role in commercial control from project inception through to final account. Projects typically range in value up to £3m, across education, property, accommodation, and healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Full commercial management of projects from start to finish
- Cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Management of subcontractor procurement and accounts
- Valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Supporting commercial challenges and adding value at project level
- Working collaboratively with operational and senior management teams
About You
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or FM-related environments
- Strong commercial and cost control skills
- Experience in education, healthcare, accommodation, or property sectors is desirable (but not essential)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
- Adaptable, proactive, and confident engaging with multiple stakeholders
- Open to flexible working arrangements
