A well-established, family-run construction company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee refurbishment projects across the Lancashire and Manchester areas.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a range of refurbishment schemes, including:

  • NHS projects across Lancashire
  • HMO refurbishment within a listed building in Manchester

Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard will be a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades
