Our client is a highly respected and fast-growing fit out contractor with a turnover of circa £12 million, delivering exceptional projects across the UK. With two established offices in the North West, they are known for their commitment to quality, strong client relationships, and consistently delivering a top‑notch product.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic, driven company with ambitious expansion plans.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, budgeting, and programming projects
- Managing on-site performance and coordinating site teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Close liaison with the commercial team to monitor costs and margins
- Working closely with and being supported by the Project Director
- Managing client relationships and maintaining high levels of satisfaction

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within fit out
- Background across sectors such as leisure, banking, industrial, or office environments
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
