Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic advice to the Executive Team and Trustees on investment priorities, property risk and estate optimisation.
  • Developing high-performing teams and embedding a culture of accountability, safety, continuous improvement and customer focus.
  • Providing strategic oversight of Nugent's landlord responsibilities, working collaboratively across the organisation to ensure property services, customer outcomes and housing management arrangements support compliance with Registered Provider standards.

About you: We're looking for an accomplished property leader with Executive or senior leadership experience who has the vision, credibility and commercial awareness to help shape Nugent's future. This role requires an inspiring and commercially astute leader who can balance strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring Nugent's homes remain safe, compliant, sustainable and ready to support future growth.

You'll bring:

  • Significant senior leadership experience within a Registered Provider, Housing Association or similarly regulated housing organisation.
  • Extensive knowledge of property compliance, building safety and statutory landlord responsibilities.
  • Experience of developing asset investment strategies and leading property services.
  • A track record of delivering strategic change within housing, supported housing or another regulated environment.
  • The ability to influence at Executive, Board and stakeholder level.
  • Strong commercial, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and driving organisational improvement.
  • A strong understanding of the Consumer Standards, landlord responsibilities and customer-focused service delivery within a Registered Provider environment.

Why this opportunity stands out: This is a role for someone who wants to make their mark. You'll have the freedom to shape strategy, influence organisational growth and establish a modern property and landlord function that will underpin Nugent's future as a Registered Provider.
