As Nugent expands its supported housing portfolio and progresses towards Registered Provider status, we re seeking an exceptional property leader to join the Executive Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in the organisation s future.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you ll provide strategic leadership across property, asset management, compliance and investment, ensuring Nugent s homes remain safe, sustainable and fit for the future.

You ll lead the development of the organisation s long-term property strategy, supporting portfolio growth and helping establish the foundations of a successful Registered Provider.
