The Role

This is a key leadership position overseeing multiple refurbishment schemes across the region. You will take responsibility from pre‑construction through to final handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards, often within live NHS and education environments. You'll act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants, leading site teams and maintaining the contractor's reputation for professionalism and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall contractual, operational and commercial responsibility for refurbishment projects
  • Managing Site Managers, subcontractors and supply chain partners
  • Close liaison with NHS Trusts, education stakeholders and commercial clients
  • Programming, cost control, variations and risk management
  • Ensuring compliance with NHS HTM/HBN guidance where applicable
  • Driving health
