Are you an experienced Bid Writer looking for your next challenge within a growing construction business?
Our client is a well-established contractor delivering a wide range of construction projects across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a talented and motivated Bid Writer to their team based in the Rochdale area.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where you will play a key role in supporting the company's work-winning strategy. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality bid submissions while also contributing to marketing and business development activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Writing, coordinating and managing tender submissions and PQQs
- Producing engaging, high-quality written content for bids and proposals
- Supporting marketing initiatives and company communications
- Assisting with business development activities and identifying opportunities
- Liaising with operational teams to gather technical information and project details
- Ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and on time
About You
- Previous experience as a Bid Writer, Proposal Writer or similar role
- Construction industry experience would be highly advantageous
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
- Experience supporting marketing and business development activities would be beneficial
