Hourly Paid Teaching Opportunities - English, Maths & ESOL
Do you have subject knowledge in English, Maths or ESOL and the ability to engage and motivate young people?
Whether you're an experienced teacher, a private tutor, a recent graduate, or someone looking to take their first steps into education, we'd love to hear from you.
MK College Group is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Hourly Paid Lecturers to support the delivery of GCSE and Functional Skills English, Maths, and ESOL across our Milton Keynes campuses. Opportunities range from ad-hoc cover and short-term assignments through to regular part-time teaching hours.
You'll be delivering pre-prepared learning resources and facilitating engaging classroom sessions with 16-19-year-old learners, helping them develop confidence, knowledge and skills within a supportive learning environment.
We're looking for people who:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification or above in English, Maths, ESOL or a related subject.
- Have an interest in working with and supporting young people aged 16-19.
- Can confidently engage groups of learners and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Have strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Are enthusiastic, dependable and keen to make a difference.
