MK Act in Milton Keynes is seeking a calm, trauma-informed Helpline & Triage Officer to be the first point of contact for new referrals, provide immediate safety, support and information, and triage risks to safeguard survivors.
You will work with staff and volunteers to deliver domestic abuse services, manage referrals, respond to emails, maintain records, and attend meetings as part of the Crisis Intervention Service team.
